Under normal circumstances, the two contacts of the membrane switch are in an open state, and when an external force is applied to the membrane switch, the two normally open contacts are momentarily turned on. After the external force disappears, the switch contacts return to the normally open state. Usually the circuit contacts are from the drum or the pot is added (good feel). When the membrane switch is pressed, the upper circuit contact is deformed downward, and is in contact with the plate of the lower circuit. After the finger is released, the upper circuit contact bounces back, the circuit is disconnected, and the circuit triggers a signal. The finished product of the membrane switch should be qualified according to the following aspects:
Combined state: There must be no residual material scraps, foreign matter, stains, bumps and grease attached to the surface and inside, fingerprints on the line, and burrs on the shape.
Injuries: All lines and joints must not have cuts through the table (ie the cuts are cut from the line to the substrate). Slight scratches are also based on the principle that the impedance is not affected. The surface of the carbon ink is extremely susceptible to scratches, and the scratches are not affected by the line conduction.
Foreign objects: The line must not have any foreign objects attached to it.
Material: Substrate, silver paste, carbon ink, separator, adhesive, adhesive, reinforcing plate, and insulation printing shall comply with the drawings.
Shape: shape, conductor circuit, insulation treatment, lining combination, etc. should comply with the drawings or provide physical samples.
