5. Check the color: the use of visual methods, with the sample or color card to see if there is color, the color requirements are particularly strict contrast with a color meter.

6. Hardness test: With a H-level drawing tip, apply 1kg of thrust to the circuit at 45 degrees. Conductive ink must not be peeled off or produce light transmission.

7. Material inspection: The panel, substrate, silver paste, carbon ink, separator, adhesive, adhesive, reinforcing plate, and insulation printing shall meet the requirements of the drawings.

10. Loop resistance detection: The resistance value should not be greater than 100Ω, for the total loop length greater than 150cm and the special requirement loop resistance is additionally stipulated on the drawing, no disconnection or short circuit phenomenon is allowed.

11. Insulation resistance detection: In the normal temperature and humidity environment, the insulation resistance of the conductor circuit is greater than 500MΩ (500VDC 1 minute), and should not be less than 20MΩ after the high temperature and humidity test and salt spray test.

12. High temperature test: Membrane switch is subject to 55±2°C. After 72 hours of high temperature action, check the appearance quality should meet the requirements of the drawings, recover under normal atmospheric conditions for 2 hours, and measure the insulation resistance value should meet the requirements.

13. Salt spray test: Membrane switch subjected to 5% sodium chloride salt solution, the test space temperature of 35 ± 2 °C, (connector sealed) After 72 hours of salt spray test, recovery under normal atmospheric conditions for 2 hours, Insulation resistance should comply with regulations.

14. Constant Moist Heat Test: Membrane switch subjected to 40±2°C, relative humidity 93 (+2% –3%), after 96 hours of constant damp heat test, recovery under normal atmospheric conditions for 2 hours, measurement of insulation resistance, circuit Resistance, button strength should meet the requirements.

15. Check the appearance: the panel can not have obvious defects, such as lack of character strokes, stains, light spots, deinking, stains, scratches, transparent window overflow glue, residual glue, etc., no bias phenomenon, such as printing set , Up and down key combination, line and key sheet, panel and key combination, panel button at the bubbling and substrate, punching burrs and extrusion bending size, should not be greater than 0.2mm, and the position should be toward the side without the conductor.

16. Ink adhesion inspection: The ink is affixed by the transparent tape hand pressure to ensure that no bubbles are peeled off quickly after 10 seconds, there should be no ink drop phenomenon, the insulating ink is dry, the ink surface will be affixed to each other and then after heavy pressure for 24 hours, It is necessary to ensure that the insulating surfaces do not stick to each other, and pressure-sensitive tape is used to attach the hand pressure without bubbles for 1 minute and quickly peel off without ink peeling off.
